The Towers Hotel is a modern building set on Lansdowne Road, 200 metres from the famous rugby stadium of the same name and two kilometres and a 15 minute bus ride from Trinity College and the bustling centre of Dublin. The hotel has 107 guestrooms, all decorated in warm tones with contemporary touches including chic table lamps and modern prints on the walls. All rooms have work desks with lamps and dial-up Internet connections. Bathrooms have bathrobes, slippers and hair dryers.
The hotel's health and fitness centre houses a gym, both indoor and outdoor swimming pools and a sauna. A menu of beauty treatments and invigorating massages is also available. In the Hospitality Lounge, guests can order breakfast; tea, coffee and refreshments are also provided throughout the day. The Library Lounge, lined with Irish literature and deep sofas, offers drinks and light refreshments all day. For more formal dining, Raglans Restaurant serves classic dishes with Irish touches in a contemporary dining room, with low lighting and round linen-topped tables. The hotel benefits from its proximity to a number of attractions, including Dublin Castle, Christchurch Cathedral and the Guinness Storehouse, all within three kilometres of the hotel. Dublin International Airport is 40 minutes' drive and 15 kilometres from the hotel. The Aircoach stops outside the hotel and costs around 7.50 EUR for a single fare. A taxi costs about 30 EUR and takes 30-45 minutes from the airport. Dublin's extensive bus network (green double-deckers) serves the centre and the suburbs. Taxis can be hard to come by. Parking is scarce, but a car is a great way to get off the beaten track; the centre of Dublin is best explored on foot as traffic is notoriously heavy.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS
From the airport, follow signs for Dublin and the M1. Exit at junction 3 of the M1 towards the city centre and the M50. Follow the N1. At the junction of Griffith Avenue, turn left for Malahide and Rowth. At the junction with the R107, turn left (no signs). At the T-junction, turn right onto the R105, then left onto the R131. At the junction of Dublin Port, turn right and cross the River Liffey (toll payable here; approx 2 EUR). At the roundabout, take the third exit, marked N11 and N81. Turn right at the traffic lights onto Londonbridge Road. Follow signs for Ballsbridge as far as Lansdowne Road.
